2205/2507 Duplex Stainless Steel Angle/Sections/U Channel
2205 stainless steel angle is a duplex stainless steel grade known for its excellent combination of strength and corrosion resistance. This grade includes approximately 22% chromium, 5% nickel, and 3% molybdenum, enhancing its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Ideal for harsh environments with high chloride levels, such as marine, oil and gas industries, and chemical processing, 2205 angle is also used in pollution control equipment and high-strength structural components. This alloy's blend of strength and corrosion resistance makes it highly suitable for demanding applications, particularly where durability and long-term performance in challenging conditions are essential.
