Eight major processes of prestressed steel wire marshalling

Prestressed steel wire marshalling equipment mainly includes steel wire reversing machine, steel wire reel frame, steel wire wave press, corrugated fixture, fixture assembly table, fixture press, steel wire stretching machine and pendulum steel wire friction saw. Steel wire marshalling mainly includes the following processes:

1、 Steel wire inverted plate. The qualified steel wire shall be transported from the warehouse to the workshop, and the steel wire shall be upside down on the steel wire reel by the steel wire reel machine.

2、 Install the steel wire disc. After the steel wire is installed on the steel wire disc, the steel wire disc is installed on the steel wire disc frame. Each assembly line has two steel wire disc racks, and 48 steel wire discs can be installed.

3、 Steel wire pressure wave. When smooth steel wire is used, in order to improve the bonding force between steel wire and concrete, the steel wire needs to be subjected to pressure wave treatment. The corrugated steel wire is formed after the steel wire passes through the toothed sub wave roller. The wave distance is generally 40mm and the wave height is 1.5-2.0mm.

4、 Wire positioning. The steel wire passes through the steel wire positioner (horizontal positioning and vertical positioning) at the front end of the fixture assembly table after pressure wave, so that the steel wire is arranged in place and enters the fixture assembly table.

5、 Install the corrugated clamp. The corrugated clamp can clamp groups of steel wires firmly for tensioning. At present, there are two types of corrugated fixtures, one is two wave fixture and the other is three wave fixture. When installing the corrugated clamp, place the corrugated clamp between each layer of steel wire on the clamp assembly table, then press it with the corrugated clamp press, and tighten the nut. In this way, the whole group of steel wires are compressed, and the steel wire position can also meet the design requirements.

6、 Tensile steel wire group. Pull the installed corrugated clamp along the table surface of the stretching machine with a steel wire stretching machine from one end to the other end. Because each steel wire receives a certain group force when the steel wire passes through the wave press, each steel wire in the steel wire group can basically maintain the same length. The corrugated clamp at the end of the steel wire group is pulled to a certain position on the stretching machine and automatically stops stretching through the control of the travel switch. Then two sets of corrugated clamps are continuously installed at the other end of the steel wire group.

7、 Cut the steel wire. When corrugated clamps are installed at both ends of the steel wire group, cut the steel wire with a pendulum friction saw. In this way, the grouping of a steel wire group is completed.

8、 Steel wire into the mold. The steel wire marshalling process is continuous. The clamp hook of the stretching machine can be woven into a steel wire group once and again with a vice. After the steel wire marshalling is completed, move the steel wire together with the corrugated clamps at both ends into the sleeper model.
